It’s an event you won’t want to miss — music, dancing, crafts, carriage rides, shows, food, drink, and the tree lighting.
Every year, hundreds flock to King Street for Malvern’s Victorian Christmas festival. Even if you’re more of a Scrooge than a St. Nick, there is an undeniably contagious energy and sense of fun you might just catch.
Plus, there’s free food, cocoa, and even wine-tasting, and who doesn’t love all of that?
Holiday Fun Inside and Out
Malvern might be a small town, but it packs a lot of entertainment into this event.
On Friday, December 4 from 5:45 p.m. — 8:45 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 am — 3:00 pm, the entertainment doesn’t stop. From the carolers roaming the streets spreading their holiday cheer to the winery open-houses, there is something to be appreciated at every turn. Local dance studios sponsor dancers in the streets, dozens of choirs and bands perform, and businesses offer holiday deals and complimentary goodies like hot cocoa, cheese, and cookies.
And the activities! Make ornaments, go for a hayride, enjoy a little magic show. Have kids? Bring them for free arts and crafts making. No kids? Enjoy some wine-tasting at the local wineries.
